A working knowledge of Sage would be an advantage.  |  | |  |  |  | Lovewell Blake, considered to be one of the most sucessful firms of independent Chartered Accountants in East Anglia, has an opportunity for a Typist/Receptionist to join a busy and well estalished team based in Halesworth.
The role will involve copy & audio typing of all correspondence, reports & minutes, meeting and greeting visitors, taking telephone calls from external callers, dealing with internal queries, booking meeting rooms, filing, archiving files on our EASY system and other administrative duties. Hours are flexible but will be in the region of 20 hours per week.
Key skills sought are: Excellent audio & copy typing skills, attention to detail, excellent telephone manner and experience of operating a busy switchboard, speed and efficiency in dealing with calls and accurate and timely delivery of messages, knowledge of Microsoft Office software is essential and strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
